How does local pickup work?
If you are local to Rockaway Beach NY I offer local pickup at my candle studio to save on the cost of shipping. I do not live here, although it is a residential address so I cannot place orders outside last minute or late at night. It usually takes 3-5 business days to have your order ready for pickup. When your order is ready you will receive an email from us that states the different days available for pickup. Orders are placed outside at 10 am and stay out till they are picked up - no need to schedule a time with me or rush home from work!Our candle studio is  120-04 Newport Ave, Rockaway Beach NY 11694. When you arrive walk through the black gate on Newport Ave onto the front porch. Your order will be in a white basket with your name on it. 

Where is each component of the candles sourced?
Soy Wax: America grows the vast majority of the world's soybeans, primarily the soy wax used in our candles is grown in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana (and those soybeans were probably in the ground less than a year ago!)
Fragrance: Each fragrance oil we use is mixed in North Carolina and adheres to the RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity. They also are ALL Phthalate-free and mixed with essential oils.
Wicks: All of our candle wicks are constructed from all-natural ring-spun cotton. They do not contain zinc, lead, or any other metals.
Jars + Lids: We get all our jars and lids from a family-owned company located in Idaho, who design and manufacture all glass jars and their corresponding lids. 

Do you do private label/custom scents?

Do you do custom candles for corporate/wedding/shower gifts?
Yes! And its probably one of my favorite things to do because I love interacting with my customers and bringing their vision to life! With each custom bulk order, the candles come with the scent(s) of your choice and a completely custom-designed label. Please email for further details!

What is your production/ship time?
Because this is a one-woman show my production time can be between 1-2 weeks. However, I often try to have them shipped within the week they are ordered.
